Posing as his older brother Atsushi, Ogasawara Ryou now works as a doctor at the hospital, using his brother's face and good name to seduce and ruin the nurses one by one as revenge. This time he sets his sights on Yumi, a naive rookie nurse who idolizes the doctor and is devoted to him body and soul.
